To celebrate the opening, a raffle for Tom Sachs’ Nikecraft General Purpose shoe will also be held by Theaster Gates’ Stony Island Arts Bank @rebuild_foundation at the concurrent ‘@TomSachsFurniture’ exhibition. Launched alongside @galleryanthony, guests who make a donation of $10 USD or more at the exhibition will receive a raffle ticket for the shoes, with all donations going towards the Rebuild Foundation aimed at strengthening communities through supporting young artists and cultural development projects. Raffle tickets will be available between July 29 and July 30 from 12PM to 6PM at: Stony Island Arts Bank 6760 South Stony Island Avenue, Chicago, IL 60649, United States Each individual can enter the raffle once and entries are non transferable ID will be required. Winners will be announced on Saturday, July 30th at 8 PM CT via email and will have until Sunday, July 31st 6 PM CT to check out their shoes at Notre in the West Loop.
