We recently visited the new specialty cafe, The Coffee One. Opened by 2016 World Barista Champion Berg Wu, the reservation-only space serves a selected menu of rare and experimental coffee beans. There is a focus on bringing the experience of a world barista judge to every customer. At the table side, we were brought through the journey of the coffee beans. We were served a tasting menu of espresso and pour-over. Incredible lots, like Esmeralda Gesha and La Esperanza, are brewed on Pearl 2021 and Lunar scales. We highly recommend booking a visit!
