Ok you’ve been asking for a @rocsisrecipes here is my fav side dish. Literally the is no side dish better than Spanish Rice. This is 1 of many versions that I do at home. You can pair this with any meal. Full list of ingredients ⬇️ 1 tbsp Butter 2 tbsp mince garlic 1 packet Goya Sazon cilantro con 🍅 1 chicken bullion 4 tbsp olive oil 2 cups rice (rinsed) 1/3 sofrito (mine is homemade want the recipe?) (If you don’t have sofrito a can of rotel is good) 1 can yellow corn (drained) 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro (optional) ( my lil garden didn’t have any yet) 4 cups of water Once you add water leave it alone wait for rice to fully cook. 💃🏽 🍚 #spanishrice #spanishfood #rocsidiaz #food #foodporn #foodie #sidedish
