Gooey Brownie Cookie Skillet 🍫🥛🍪 Y’all this one is so easy and perfect for Game Day! Save this one for a Super Bowl party or it’s really good any night you have a sweet craving😋 Full recipe below! Brownie Skillet: * 1 cup sugar * 1⁄2 cup flour * 1⁄3 cup cocoa powder * 1⁄2 tsp salt * 1⁄4 tsp baking powder * 2 eggs * 1/2 cup vegetable oil * 1/8 cup water * 1 tsp vanilla * Cookie dough (we had left over in the fridge, you could buy or make my chocolate chip cookie dough recipe) * 1/4 cup chocolate chips * Few scoops of Ice-cream * Caramel Sauce Directions: * Preheat oven to 350° F. * Grease 9” skillet. * Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. * Add eggs, oil, water and vanilla extract to dry ingredients. Whisk together. * Pour brownie batter into skillet. Add chunks of cookie dough. With a spoon cover cookie dough with brownie batter. Sprinkle chocolate chips and bake 25-35 minutes. * Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
