In September 2022, a group of makers from Sierra Leone came to London to join LABRUM and @iamfods. The purpose of that trip was to gain a wider design, fashion and art perspective; to understand what it takes to create garments from ideation and sketch to finish and execution. The trip included an insight into what comes after a showcase, how to approach buyers and managing customers over the long term.
