If you saw my last post, you saw my long weekend was off to a rough start 😭. My energy felt stagnant. I slightly felt sorry for myself for 2 days but decided on Sunday it was enough 🙅🏼‍♀️⁣ ⁣ Here are some of the things I did to move my low energy out and vibrate higher again ✨⁣ ⁣ 1. Moved my body: Got back to yoga on Sunday and hit the treadmill hard today. 🏃🏼‍♀️⁣ ⁣ 2. Clean out clutter: I finally cleaned out my nightstand that I had been procrastinating. Feels so good to be reorganized. ☯️⁣ ⁣ 3. Drank A LOT of water: especially since it was 110+ all weekend here 🤪🔥⁣ ⁣ 4. Positive Affrimations: It feels silly at first, but I looked myself in the mirror and repeated positive I AM statements until I get better. ☮️⁣ ⁣ 5. Talked to my coach: I’ve realized as I’ve gotten older I don’t have to do everything on my own. Hiring my coach was one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. It’s nice having an unbiased point of view to hold me accountable to my goals. I was honest with how I was feeling this weekend and he gave me some tools to focus on this week to get back on track! 💪🏻⁣ ⁣ What are some of your favorite ways to change your mood?
