The most fabulous Milk Bar + Land o' Lakes baking event tonight featuring accidental red biscuits (that I loaded with curry powder, corn, bacon & @landolakesktchn cheddar... and of course lots of butter🧈). @christinatosi & I came to the conclusion that it was the paprika in the curry powder that must've turned the biscuits red in the baking process. Whatever the case, it was cool, I learned a lot about pastry and baking (y'all know it's not my forte), and it was the yummiest way to spend a Monday night!
