I’m going to be cooking an @anglothai guest kebab next week with a whole host of friend legends at the wonderful Oklava, for one night only! My kebab is inspired by the addictive barbecue golae chicken of Southern Thailand - grilled chicken and its offal in roasted coconut curry sauce, cucumber pickles, chicken skin and coconut crumb, served on a chicken fat and ghee flatbread.
