We had no idea, well not no idea but we hoped that one day we would be able to bridge the gap between Japan and New York. 17 years later three studios and multiple outreach programs here we are celebrating the very first Next Generation New York Studios. Thank you @shinobunxgn for believing in the unimaginable. Thank you to all the teachers who make it possible. Thank you to @okayamarafa for being my twin in developing Okayama in my absence and forever being true to supporting the culture. Most of all thank you to all the students. This could only happen with you all believing in Black Culture and the contributions we have made to the world told and untold. We believe in listen, feel, and then react here at NXGN. If we can apply that to everyday life things could work a little more harmoniously. We will continue to do the work. We are far from complete.
