MY FULL AB ROUTINE • here’s my favorite ab workouts that sculpt your entire core and help with lower back pain! I specifically gravitate towards moves where my lower back is supported and glued to the mat because I’m prone to aches there from sitting on the 💻🙃 as always, my form isn’t perfect but I wanted to share what I’ve been doing at home & in the gym slowly but surely. on days where I’m not lifting, I do 3-4 sets of each of these moves as a full ab workout. when I am lifting, I work these moves into my circuit in between leg/shoulder/glute/arm exercises! 🤝💪🏼
