When I got these gorgeous pieces in from the Courtly Check collection, I could not wait to get in the kitchen and whip something up! Here’s the breakfast casserole recipe I made: INGREDIENTS: • 1 lb. sausage • 6 eggs • 2 cups milk • 1 tsp salt • 1 tsp mustard • 3 slices bread (cubed) • 2 cups shredded cheese DIRECTIONS: 1. Brown sausage and drain. 2. Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard. 3. Place cubed bread in a sprayed medium dish. 4. Top with sausage and cheese. 5. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 6. Next morning, bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.
