Olena fled Ukraine when war broke out and came to London. After her sponsor ran out of money, she was put into temporary accommodation - but the flat was beset with problems including damp, mould, a hole in the wall, plus Olena had to share a bed with a complete stranger. Hounslow Council has now rehomed Olena and said it's sorry. It is now working on a longer-term housing solution for her.
