We’re Opening our first location in Texas today with our partner Kristy made me emotional and really proud of myself. We had a very difficult time in 2020, we, along with other fellow restaurant owners, closed amazing businesses with grief. I was completely lost for weeks, but I never let my faith go away as always. I made up my mind to face the unknown. And through the years of struggle, I learned that the challenges you receive in life are gifts- they make you resistant, smarter, and tougher enough to move on to your next stage. All you need to do is hold on to what you believe in and never give up on it! The store was filled with lovely and happy customers today, and it means a lot to me, especially after the darkest time of my life.
