I was recently asked on a podcast interview how I built my online presence. The truth is, as more of an intuitive creator, I never followed a formula or strategy. I just tried to tell the truth. I shared what felt raw, real, and alive in the moment—using my life as my material—not because I knew it would “perform,” but because I needed to say it. (And funny enough, when I did try to post what I thought might perform, it usually didn’t.)
Right now, as I juggle life with an 8-month-old, launch a book, set up our new home, and remember to shower somewhere in between... I’m being called back to that same kind of truth-telling. The messy kind. The behind-the-scenes kind. The kind where you show up not because you have something polished to say but because you need to say something.
So that’s what I’m leaning into. Less polish, more presence. Less content for content’s sake, more truth in the share. I’m reminded that the most meaningful connections I’ve made here have come not from curating an image—but from letting myself be seen.
