Q: What is included in the ticket? A: All tickets are general admission and the ticket will include all of the regular programming for the event. At this time, we are planning on including keynote speakers, panels, three meals, two evening parties, and eight hours of signing time with authors. There will be some special/VIP events that we will sell via a crowdsourcing campaign, so stay tuned! Q: How many tickets will you sell? A: We plan to have 1,800 attendees at the event. Q: What platform are you selling tickets through? A: We are selling tickets on the Universe platform, which is a Ticketmaster company. Q: Will there be a waitlist for tickets or resale opportunities? A: There will be an opportunity to join a waitlist on the Universe platform. Once five tickets become available for sale, everyone on the waitlist will be sent an email notification that there are available tickets. Q: Are payment plans an option for when I purchase a ticket? A: Yes! You have the option of splitting your payment for the ticket into 5 payments. You can pay ahead of time and pay more than the minimum amount due for each payment. Q: Can I transfer my ticket to someone else if I can’t make it after I purchase the ticket? A: Yes, you can transfer tickets. There is a feature in the Universe system where you can transfer the ticket to another person. Please note that although we are allowing transfers up to one week before the event, we cannot guarantee that we will have the appropriate shirt size for the person you are transferring the ticket to if you are doing it close to the event date. Q: How many tickets can I buy in one transaction? A: You can buy two tickets in one transaction. Q: Are there any age restrictions for the event? A: There are no age restrictions. However, for any children who are not in a carrier on your body, they will need a ticket to be admitted.
