2 different kind of flat breads here. The first one is a paratha, and the second is a tortilla made from masa and wheat flour. For a long time, I avoided making much of anything from flours. But they are so easy, and so freshly made when you eat them...I am not sure if I can return to buying these types of breads packaged! Who knows how long they have sat on the shelf? Especially since you can control what goes into them...you can use more or less whole grain flours and you can choose the kind of fat you want. Take control!
