My insta game is pretty patchy at the best of times, but I was pretty happy to see my lemon myrtle brown sugar pav pop up in my feed today. Created for @davidjonesstore as part of an epic 5 day, 3 menu shoot with the ever-talented @benito_martin behind the camera. The passionfruit curd cream, tropical fruit and gin and lemon myrtle syrup are an ode to balmy summer days.
