#stitch with @icanbesmooth I wonder how many members of the church realize that the term faith crisis is actually just used to create a bridge between active believing members and those of us who have lost our trust in the church. See, Instead of saying, man, I found out that this whole damn thing is a fraud, we say I’ve had a Faith Crisis. Instead of saying, the church lies to us about its history, we say I’ve had a faith crisis. Instead of saying, the November 2015, exclusion policy cost many lives, and I’m not going to stand for it anymore, we choose to say I’ve had a faith crisis. So Mr. Holland, you can try to wipe your muddy feet all over the most excruciating experience of our lives, but in doing so you prove to the world how vastly far off you are from a Christ centered organization. ##faithcrisis##religioustrauma##faithdeconstruction##elderholland
