Well, today was my last day of school and I am SO excited to begin my apprenticeship with @kaylad.artistry at @boheme.hairartistry 💛. I’m not sure where the last year has gone?! I swear I was just beginning school again with the nerves running high and I was second guessing what I was doing and if I really knew what I was getting myself into! The idea of going back to school from being out of the swing of things for so long was nerve wracking to say the least. I have learned so much over the past year and have my incredible classmates & teachers to thank for that! But the learning definitely doesn’t stop here... @kaylad.artistry is someone I’ve looked up to for a long time, as both a friend and a hair stylist. I’ve sat in her chair many many times and I’ve thought to myself how I want to be like her when I grow up! (Lol 💓) -with not only her talent, but with the way she would make me feel in her chair. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to learn from her as well as from the other talented ladies at Bohème! (Swipe to see their pretty faces) For the first time in a long time I’ve finally felt like I’m where I’m meant to be and I often stop and think it’s crazy how things workout sometimes. Everyone who has supported and encouraged me over the last year, you know who you are, and I couldn’t have done it without you! As they say, “when one door closes, another door opens”, and I cannot wait to begin this new journey! 💛
