I turned 29 last week, and I am so grateful to be alive. Depression and chronic anxiety almost took me out the last five years. I used to think I wouldn’t make it past the age of 27. It’s been a pleasure (and truly a divine, cosmic gift) to reclaim my life, my identity, my work, my business, my creativity and my voice. I am still here and I no longer feel like I might be leaving soon. I like living on this planet with y’all, as chaotic as it is, so thanks for being here and for seeing me here, too. That’s all.
