The past few weeks I’ve had the absolute pleasure of joining @revlatina’s Beyond Workshop Series culminating in the first full performance of “BARBA: Body Percussion Musical” written by Carlos Bauzys & Kim Bixler, directed by Luis Salgado. (@bixlerbixler @carlosbauzys @lsalgadoart) I’ve never been a part of a group of SO many generous, willing, and talented artists. To me, this show is a love letter to teachers, specifically arts teachers... and it’s given me even more gratitude to all of the wonderful teachers that I’ve had throughout my time at @neighborhoodplayhouse, @ithacamtd, @laguardia.arts and everything in between.
