Whatever the outcome tonight I think we all know how I feel. I won when I started putting myself first, when I stopped saying sorry so much and when I got a hell of a lot braver. I’m doing this for anyone who has ever been made to feel like they are ‘too much’. For anyone who has lived every day scared for their safety merely by existing. For anyone who’s laughed at the shit jokes and endured the hands on the small of your backs in order to just try and get ahead in what you want to do. For anyone who has always felt like it’s never going to be ok cos there’s just summert wrong with you. There is nothing wrong with you, normal doesn’t exist. Love you all.
