We will be at @smorgasburgla one last time for @eatshrimpdaddy and @junbimatcha this weekend. So many great memories here. From the 1st day with @annagetscozy @jeremytokitu @stirandstyle where we were using residential work top burners which 3x the waiting time to the many stages of improvements on branding, cooking processes, recipes, equipment & opening/closing out processes. Thank you to you guys - we’ve been in the trenches together building this company up. Thank you to all of our friends that helped hop in to help us in the beginning when we were so backed up. Many experiences over the years that has humbled me and I want to thank every customer that has been served by our team - thank you so much for all of your support over the past 6 years. I’m so grateful that our mobile events dpt has had the opportunity to serve so many customers around the world at Smorgasburg, Night Markets, and Coachella. To our past/current team members: thank you so much for all the hustle that you guys put in every week. We would not be where we are today without all of your help and dedication - grateful for each and every one of you. Smorgasburg typically is only 1 day a week, but many don’t realize how much effort and work it takes to prep leading up to opening. Mobile events & businesses are no joke so huge cheers to all of you. Thank you so much to Zach, the manager of Smorgasburg for giving us a chance to be a vendor at Smorgasburg (this is where we all started) - I still remember the “trial day” where we cooked you our 1st plate of Garlic Butter Shrimp on the bbq/roof space of our apartment. From our humble beginnings to now, we have 6 locations opened and 10 franchise locations in development for Junbi (if you are interested owning a Junbi, click on the link in my bio) and having our 1st B&M location for Shrimp Daddy in Topanga.
