I HAVE BEEN GUILTY OF THIS and had this conversation with myself recently. I was doing a bunch of empty nonsense with empty people in a desperate attempt to feel SOMETHING. Truth is, I gave up!!! It’s easy to get discouraged, but the outside noise can’t sway what you know in your heart to be true, unless a part of you resonates with the outside noise. It takes courage to open your heart up!!!
