Story Time: This is Jane, one of my many customers from when I worked at nordstrom, so because I knew what she liked I was always able to get her the correct products, its been a little while since I’ve worked there and I hadn’t seen her, she had been coming in buying what was suggested and for over 2 years she wasn’t happy with what she was sold and over thousands of dollars being wasted she called and left me a message frantic looking for new makeup to complement her hair and skin, she walked away buying all products (less products) she was comfortable using and in the order in which to apply!
