Stage shots from the Nor Cal 🥰 I was feeling down for the last week after hitting the post show treats pretty hard and felt ashamed that I had put on weight so quickly... thankfully I have amazing coaches that reminded me that I’m human! We can’t be perfect all the time! This was one of the toughest preps to date- 3 shows pretty much back to back which was super challenging mentally and physically, so the let down after all that adrenaline was pretty big this time! I need to remind myself to be proud that I didn’t give up and I finished what I started and got to that stage!
