Meet Chris Clark @wneguy, OIJI MI’s Beverage Director. At OIJI MI, Chris brings his years of experience to lead its beverage program that flaunts an international scope, highlighting the vast diversity of the beverage world as well as a honed emphasis on individual producers of artisanal methods and traditional philosophies: practices promoting balance, depth and creativity.⁠ ⁠ Chris has had a storied career in the beverage industry. Most recently, in 2016, he became the Beverage Director at Aquavit, a two Michelin Starred Nordic restaurant in New York City.⁠ ⁠ ⁠ An Advanced Sommelier, distinguished by the Court of Master Sommeliers, Chris is deeply interested in all things fermented and brewed, while his creative passions for travel, art and design, have driven him to create an exciting, comprehensive beverage program at OIJI MI.⁠ ⁠ Photo by @christianharder
