Yes it’s #medalmonday 🎉🎉🎉 @cardiffhalf and after a real mental battle during the race I was ecstatic to get a new half marathon PB of 1.41.01. My legs were fine, I paced it quite well, but most of the time I wanted to drop out. So a triumph in many respects. The legs are sore today but thankfully I’m having a lift off @angela_is_running_to_fitness to our celebratory @motialbany meal at Callabresella in Cathays. Can’t wait! Super proud of the @motialbany crew that ran yesterday and achieved such awesome results - not just times, but personal achievements and victories against adversity. Love it!
