🚨New parents have you ever felt fatigue like it?! ➡️ And that manifests so clearly in the body, compounded with the repetitive daily (& nightly) movements that require strength, endurance & sometimes flexibility (hello bending over a travel cot 😩) that often we don’t have. 😴 You don’t expect it when you’re thinking about the hard things about being a parent & you also forget about it after! 2nd time round I was like ‘oh yeah, my whole chest & back cracks first thing in the morning from the feed/sleep hunch!’ This video is simple on facts: ⬆️ Stand tall. 🧘🏼‍♀️ Stretch, breath, compress & rotate daily. 💛 Notice how to make hard repeated movements easier. 🪑 Notice how you sit & stand. ♥️ Use props - cushions & sling. 📲 I hope this is useful - please do save/share with anyone who might appreciate.
