Sometimes we do something just to try - Today we crushed and pressed a couple hundred pounds of apples that grow feral at our friend Brigid’s vineyard. They’ve been sweating in our cooler for a month and have a pretty good yield! A whopping 18 gallons :) The best part is we got to make new friends, try something new, and ferment some foraged fruit.
