Spaghetti and Mozzarella Stuffed Eyeballs! This was a fun meal with the kids. Started with 50/50 ratio of ground beef and ground pork, then added some breadcrumbs, basil, oregano, @lanesbbq SPG and an egg. Make a patty and stuff with a ball of mozzarella, and roll it up the best you can. Cooked these in the oven at 350*F. Topped them with a piece of pepperoni, provolone cheese, and a slice of black olive when there was about 10 minutes left on the meatballs, they were pulled at 158*F.
