Over the last few weeks, we’ve welcomed 97 new pups to the program. We’re doing our best to help alleviate overcrowded shelters and help at-risk dogs find a home for the holidays. With the high volume of dogs combined with several severe medical cases, we’ve spent nearly $25,000 on vet bills. This has covered 5 emergency stays, dentals, multiple parvo cases, entropion surgeries, and more. It’s impossible to tell every story but there’s so much impactful work done behind the scenes. We want to share one special pup we’ve been able to save with your support. Her name is Lola. This precious girl was abandoned in a rural county — she needed double entropion surgery, a major dental procedure, and is undergoing heartworm treatment. Despite it all, she’s the mushiest, loving girl. She has made herself right at home in foster care and has very quickly stolen the hearts of everyone she meets. Lola is eager to please, well-mannered, and loves making new friends, people and pups alike. She’s potty trained, loves her crate, and aims to make you proud!
