happy valentine’s to my partner of nearly 2 years. so, just in case people are trying to grasp the reason i chose these two photos specifically, it’s because they were taken a year apart and subtly show the way love grows and changes. but, i feel i don’t really owe an explanation as well. the second photo represents the beginning stages, the can’t get enough of you, the first photo is the growth into representing how we are still our own people. also, swipe for what i likely needed to cover. are we this bad as a society that even the smallest amount of side boob still sends people into a sexualizing frenzy? is kissing your partner now synonymous with a sex scene? please let me live as an artist and know that i am definitely not, nor will i ever, try to please everyone’s needs and wants when it comes to my work. it’s impossible. 35mm
