Sometimes I have to go back to my old photos to remind myself of how far I’ve come. I don’t really have much advice when it comes to photography but what I will advise in anything you’re doing is to keep going and never give up. Especially if you love it. In this instant gratification age people think shit happens over night and they don’t really see the pain and struggle behind the facade of the internet. For some people it does happen overnight and that’s their path I suppose. You can’t compare your journey to anyone else’s though. That’s the thief of joy. Just keep going and in due time you will be blessed when it’s your time. But if you want to hear the hard truth, maybe you won’t. How much do you love the shit though?... is the real question you have to ask yourself at that point.
