I turned 30 a week ago in Italy. I still don’t know anything at 30. 🤷🏻‍♀️ But this is what I think: I think that grief and loss and heartbreak are life’s best teachers and usually the lesson is in how to love more or better. We’re all just pure love inside human bodies at the end of the day. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ idk. I see it in u. My advice for healing: Find god Trust god Look within Be patient Let go Be of service Be present Be afraid and still try Find connection Laugh at yourself Forgive yourself Forgive them Pray Meditate Do that all of that every day ♻️ Or don’t listen to me~~~~~ (Like I said I don’t know anything!!)
