The latest selfi this year after a long day in the bakery. I’m going to cook rice with seafood, fresh green salad and put some caviar on our baguette. My signature cake with lemon curd and cream is ready. Prosecco is the fridge. It is more than enough to say this year goodbye. It’s been too hard for me, my family, for all my nation. War, painful escape from occupation, my father’s death, tears, fears, pain again, air raids, explosions, waiting, fatigue. I can say more this year has taught me to seek ways to improve myself any time when I want to cry or lie down and not to move.
