Big Learning Energy! We had it all wrong😑 when we started our PMU journey. We always think bigger is better but absolutely not in this monster of an industry. I’m talking about learning... most new artists or potential artists(I admit, I fell into that mindset), look at big companies and think that’s where you get the most (if you want a simplified cookie-cutter learning experience that’s the perfect fit for you then). So many amazing educators who give their all and more yet there they are competing against empty boxes & emptier course modules. A true educator packs their courses with real-life learning techniques that their larger competitors often overlook. They aren’t limited to cookie-cutter trainings or supplies. It takes a lot of courage to do it on your own as a trainer. The PMU world would simply not be as interesting or dynamic without their experience and trainings.
