RECIPE BELOW 💗 Brown Butter Banana Blondies Ingredients
• 1 cup (226 g) unsalted butter
• 1 1⁄2 cups (300 g) light brown sugar, packed
• 1⁄2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 cup / 240 g)
• 2 cups (260 g) all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1⁄2 tsp salt
1 cup chopped walnuts (toasted lightly in butter and salt) 1 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 pan with parchment and grease lightly. 2 In a saucepan, cook butter over medium heat until golden brown and nutty, about 5–7 minutes. Transfer to a bowl to cool slightly. 3 Whisk in both sugars until smooth. Add eggs + vanilla and whisk until glossy. Stir in mashed bananas. 4 Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Add walnuts. 5 Spread evenly in pan and bake 30–35 min, until golden at edges and a toothpick comes out with just a few moist crumbs. 6 Cool fully before slicing. Best texture after chilling for 1 hour.
