S’mores cake mix cookies 🔥🍪 The cake mix makes these so easy and they taste unreal- think like a brownie but with that gooey marshmallow on top! 🤩 Recipe 1 box chocolate cake mix 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 eggs 1/2 tsp vanilla (optional) 1/2 cup chocolate chips Mini marshmallows or large cut up 3 graham crackers, crushed Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and vanilla until combined. Add in chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows. Using a cookie scoop, form into balls. Bake at 350 for 12-15 mins or until edges are set. With 2 mins remaining top with half a large marshmallow. Let cool and eat! To toast the marshmallow, you can broil for 1-2 mins or use a torch to give a little toast!
