For the BEST sheng jian bao (#生煎包) or pan-fried buns in NYC, you have to check out Shanghai Eats in Flushing, Chinatown! 📍: 4410 Kissena Blvd These dumplings are perfectly cooked— with a crispy pan-fried bottom, and steamed with a juicy broth filling along with the meat. you can get your choice of pork, pork + crab, or shrimp here! Each of the fillings was really flavorful on its own but our favorite was still the house special pork.
