The sooner you start making lists and booking vendors, the more chilled and enjoyable the process will be. Booking experienced, reliable suppliers literally makes all of the difference. Whether you are having a short engagement or a longer one - make a list of the things that are really important to you as a couple and start there! Usually it's venues and photographers who book up first but increasingly the wedding industry scene is becoming busier and busier and celebrants, top makeup artists, florists and even bridal gowns could need booking and reserving earlier than usual. Reach out to a few local suppliers and talk to a wedding planner to find out when they suggest securing the date. I am currently booking weddings for 2023, and early 2024.
