Just a leeeeeetle bit of progress ☺️ This place is making me a morning person. Every day I can’t wait to get here and every day I’m sad when it’s time to go home - even if I really, really have to sleep. Ive watched the sun come up and go down here many days in a row and it’s just magical every time. We’ve made some big headway - and this little peek is just the tip of the ice berg. There’s an entire back end of the building in progress that we’ll be unveiling at our opening party on October 29th! I wanna thank everyone for their patience while I transition into this nest. Truly, this has been well over a decade in the making and I still cannot believe I’m IN little kid Hayden’s Dreamy Some Day Montage. There is no doubt this plate is the fullest it has ever been, and my body has been on like live wire for several weeks running. But this time is also so dense with joy and gratitude and a rich flow of new creativity. And my incredible circle of beautiful friends, family, and fellow neighborhood artists are keeping me grounded. Reminding me to take breaks, to nap, to shower once in a while....🫠 I’ve tagged a few of you here - but you know who ya are and you know I’m hugging you full time in my heart. So. Speaking of gratitude for your patience: Submission responses. Accepted tattoo projects for my books (Oct - Nov) will be notified by midnight this Sunday, September 25th. If you have not heard from me by then, I want to encourage you to submit again! There were soooooo many wonderful projects I wanted to take on this round but just didn’t have the calendar squares for in the middle of this move. So please!
