🗣️TODAY🗣️ We’re going to court to fight for our right to help pregnant Texans access abortions in other states. We’re holding down the line to protect our constitutional rights. Anti-abortion politicians have been thirsty to go after abortion funds because we help people navigate the barriers to abortion they put in place. Even before Roe fell, they were sending cease and desist letters and trolling us on twitter. They say because Roe fell, anyone assisting an abortion could be prosecuted and punished under a 1925 abortion ban that was unenforceable. With the Dobbs decision, they’ve become emboldened to go further in limiting rights. We are asking a judge to block Paxton and all county and district attorneys from being criminalized so that we can resume funding abortions, providing emotional support, and helping people travel to other states for care.
