Skip the bones this Thanksgiving, and try this. 🦃 Stuffed Turkey Breast! 🦃 Start by taking your breast out of the bag and net it comes with, and pat it dry. Then pound it out with a rolling pin, (or your fists🤣) as flat and evenly as possible without the meat separating. Cook up some stuffing of your choice (we used Stove Top Turkey stuffing because it’s quick, easy, and tasty.) Put a good amount of stuffing in the center and roll it up the best you can. Then, tie it tight with some butchers twine. It will be a little messy but don’t worry about that. Once it starts to cook it all stays together beautifully. I hit it with some spray oil and seasoned it with a poultry rub. I used ReeedzBBQ. I placed my @MEATER in it and put it in a small foil pan. It went on my @Nexgrill Oakford pellet grill using @bearmountainbbq bourbon pellets at 350°F for about an hour, until it hit 140°F. Then, I poured a stick of butter over it, and covered it for another 30 minutes. Make sure it hits 165°F. This can be done in the oven the exact same way! It ended up amazing!
