WEAR THE DAMN SWIMSUIT MAMA i’m 10mth postpartum and haven’t been able to workout to get the weight off due to chemo , on top of another 15lbs from my steroids....i haven’t been able to hit the gym in what feels like 2 years now and after ari i have major diastasis recti.....i’m choosing to love me just as i am in this moment reguardless if it’s not what i normally look like. my body birthed a third human and immediately after is fighting for its life, i owe it to her to be gentle! 🤍
