it’s been a beautiful month filled with friends, nature and food. three of the things i love most. despite the heaviness and heartbreak i feel for the state of the world and all the suffering we are witnessing, i remain with profound gratitude for the beauty that shines through and the beautiful souls that make life worth living. community is everything. nature is the ultimate teacher. we ourselves are nature. let us not forget the interconnectedness of every living and non-living being on this planet. every thought, every word, every action makes a ripple, whether big or small. one of the greatest gifts we have is that we get to choose each day how we want to show up for ourselves, for our loved ones and for the world. choose wisely. every moment is precious. every breath is an opportunity. 🤍
