If you have sparse brows like I do right now, with the right products and techniques you can recreate them! After applying my foundation I use a brow gel (actually a strong hair gel) combed through the hairs then I smooth and flatten it with my finger, then swipe towards the hairline so the gel sticks to any fine hairs. Once dry, I use the @benefitcosmeticsuk Precisely My Brow in shade 3.5 to draw feathery hair like strokes to mimic brow hairs. You’ll find the gel creates a great non-slip surface and the fine hairs will grab the brow pencil and help give texture and dimension. No need to fill in gaps as it looks more natural.
