Globally celebrated Italian chef Massimo Bottura is bringing his vibrant culinary vision to Miami with the opening of Torno Subito at The Moore, debuting December 1, 2025. The restaurant—Bottura’s only U.S. concept—will blend whimsical Italian flair with Miami’s bold design energy, led by Chef Bernardo Paladini and the creative team at WoodHouse. Inspired by the carefree elegance of the 1960s Italian Riviera, Torno Subito’s new home inside The Moore pairs fine dining with cultural artistry.
