Want to divest from fossil fuels? Plants are part of that equation. This is where much of my criticism and people that work in conservation of the environment comes from—it’s just not better. BUT!! There’s hope. Because as much as someone can scream don’t consume the rise of brands like #Shein shows me that you can still scream that if it makes you feel better... but while we do that culture shift which is slow make things better, lower emissions and lower waste and teach people what to look for (and measure it) so it’s easier to make informed decisions. #biotech is SUCH an exciting space #skincare #beauty #sustainability
