My biggest fear after losing my mom was not making her proud and forgetting the parts of her I cherish. I worried that I’d forget the way she smelled like Love Spell and sun kissed skin, the sound of her voice saying my name, her laughed that was felt before heard and all the tangible things we take for granted. But I’ve learned that she is somewhere making sure those things stay with me. I know this because life gives me @_jasminee.xo There is so much about you that lets me know the universe is looking out for us. The way that love overcomes trauma and builds bonds beyond dreams. Thank you for being an amazing coworker (and a mini me in a parallel universe) but more importantly thank you for helping me find the little parts of life I lost sight of. Forever grateful for you. Today was the last day I got to do ole Jazzy’s hair as a coworker. She is going to do the coolest (hardest) job ever of being a full time mommy.
